No purchase necessary. The Drawing will be open to residents of the United States and the District of Columbia over 13 years of age.
Two Grand Prize Winners will each win an autographed poster of 213. Four runners-up will each win an autographed 213 press release. Employees of the members of the recording artists professionally known as "213," and any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, family/household members are not eligible to enter the Drawing.
Enter by submitting the information requested and clicking "Enter" below. All entries must be received by July 4, 2004. Neither 213 nor TVT Records ("TVT") shall be responsible for lost, late, mutilated or misdirected mail or corrupted files. Entries that are tampered with, illegible or incomplete are not eligible. Winners will be selected randomly from all entries on or about July 4, 2004. The Drawing will take place under the supervision of TVT. Drawing participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions are final. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received. The Winners will be notified by email by July 9, 2004. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamp envelope to TVT Records, ATTN: 213 Merchandise Winners, 23 East 4th Street, New York, NY 10003. The prizes are not redeemable by the Winners for cash value. All entries and requests become the property of TVT and may not be acknowledged or returned. TVT will have the right to photograph the Winners. Entry constitutes permission to use the Winners' names, pictures, likenesses, and cities and states of residence for purposes of trade, publicity or promotion for no additional compensation. The Winners (or the parents/guardians if the Winner(s) is a minor) will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, compliance with the Drawing rules and release of liability. Neither TVT nor 213 makes any warranty or representation regarding the prize and Winners agree to accept the prizes "as is." All entrants release 213 and TVT,and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and all others associated with the development and execution of the Drawing from any and all liability from injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prizes. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the Winners. Failure to execute and return any requested document within 60 days of postmark, or return of notification of prize as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of the prize. An alternate potential winner may be selected at the sole discretion of 213 and/or TVT. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
